Preparing your BE:Hydration Stick for First Use:

• Place your BE:Hydration stick in your BE:Hydration water bottle (or a clean bottle) and fill it half way with tap water
• Put lid on and shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then empty the water out
• Repeat the above steps twice
• Your stick is now ready for first use!

Instructions to Alkalize your Water: 

• Once you have completed the above steps put the infuser containing the stick in your empty bottle and fill the entire bottle with water
• Shake vigorously for 30 seconds
• Let the water sit for 15 – 20 minutes
• Your water is now ready to drink!
• Remove infuser and stick from bottle

Important Information:

• These instructions are for the BE:Hydration water bottle which is 750 ml. A larger bottle will take longer for the water to alkalize just as a smaller bottle will take a shorter time to alkalize
• Any bottle can be used with our alkaline stick
• For a longer, optimal life remove the stick or pour the water into another bottle or glass after 40-60 minutes
• Do not leave the stick in the water overnight. This will significantly reduce the lifetime of the minerals
